Really disappointed with this purchase. The quality is nowhere near the price point they're charging. I got a pair and the back seam just ripped open about 6 inches without me doing anything rough or stretching the fabric oddly. Since it was a gift, the company flat out refused to help me when I sent pictures showing the damage. They won't replace it or refund. Honestly, skip these jeans and save your money. Both the product and the way they treat customers are pretty bad.

This has to be one of the worst companies I've ever ordered from. The prices are way too high for what you're actually getting. They push themselves as premium denim, but the reality is the quality is just average and definitely not worth the money they're asking. I ordered three pairs from overseas and two didn't fit right at all. I contacted them right away asking if I could return or exchange them. They shot back with a pretty cold response saying all international orders are final. No returns, no exchanges, nothing. I spent good money on those jeans and now I'm stuck with stuff I can't even wear. Real brands understand that sizing issues happen and they work with you on exchanges. Not this place. Their policies are unreasonable and their support team seems like they couldn't care less, especially about customers outside the US. It feels like a total rip off. If you're ordering from anywhere other than America, avoid them. They won't support their stuff and they clearly don't value international business.

Had a really bad experience with their customer service. They shipped me a defective pair of pants but told me it was just the wrong size when I complained. This wasn't even my first order with them, so I was expecting better. Once you remove the tag or wash the item, forget about getting a refund or exchange, even if there's an actual defect in the product.

Do not order from outside the US if you can help it. My experience was absolutely awful. The jeans I got aren't even worth what I paid considering the quality feels pretty average. I bought three pairs and two of them were way too big to wear. When I reached out asking about a return or exchange, they basically said international orders can't be returned or swapped, no exceptions. For the price I paid, most quality brands would at least exchange items that don't fit right. This company doesn't seem to care about keeping international customers happy. It's honestly the worst shopping experience I've had online.
