Ordered a protective case but after a week passed with no shipping confirmation, I looked into it and found out my order had been mysteriously cancelled. Nobody bothered to let me know and I didn't get any refund either. I reached out multiple times but kept getting ignored. Eventually I found them on social media and they claimed it was a mistake and promised it would ship the very next business day. That never happened and they continued ignoring me, so I had to file a dispute with my bank. It's really disappointing because I've been a customer here for years and now it just feels like they don't care. If you look at their social media comments, you'll see plenty of other people dealing with the exact same issue.

This has been the absolute worst customer service experience I've had anywhere. I've been buying from them for many years with zero problems, but after placing a recent order for an iPhone case, I've been really let down by how they've handled things. My order took ten business days to arrive when my new phone needed protection right away. The customer service team responding to emails just doesn't seem to care at all. You should look elsewhere for your phone cases.

Hands down the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. I'd been shopping here for years without any issues until my recent case order for my new phone. It took ten full business days just to get my order. I had no protection for my new phone during all that time. The people responding to my emails seemed completely uninterested in helping. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Great product, really well made with quality construction and it has the Apple seal of approval which is awesome. The body attachment strap is fantastic and will be super handy when I'm traveling or in crowded areas for keeping my phone safe and easy to access.

Got it super fast and it fits my phone like a glove. I've already dropped my phone twice from about 4 feet up and the case has kept it completely protected. Both my phone and the case are still in perfect condition.

Really happy with my purchase overall. Got a Tech21 case for my earbuds but the top kept popping off. Their customer support team was super helpful since they stopped making that model, and they let me pick any other product at the same price instead. The replacement took a while to get going, sitting as unfulfilled for about five days, and then it took three weeks to arrive. But I ordered something else after that and it shipped the next day with much faster delivery. I'd definitely shop here again.
