What Shoppers Say About FlexOffers
FlexOffers receives sharply divided reviews, with shoppers either highly satisfied or deeply frustrated. Positive reviewers praise the platform for consistent, on-time commission payouts, responsive customer support, and reliability over years of use. They report straightforward experiences and describe the affiliate network as superior to competitors.
Negative reviewers, however, report serious payment delays and withholding of approved commissions for extended periods (months to over a year). Common complaints include lack of communication about payment status, slow or nonexistent responses from support (one reviewer reported 10 unanswered requests), and unresolved account registration issues. These payment and support problems represent critical concerns for publishers relying on FlexOffers as a revenue source.

Sorted by: Most recentStill Waiting on My Money. I've been expecting a $2500 payment for several months now with no updates. Don't bother promoting their offers or spending your own money marketing them because you won't actually get paid for it.
They Keep Money That's Supposed to Be Yours. Don't trust this platform with your business. My company was owed over $500 in approved commissions that sat unpaid for more than a year. When I finally asked about it, nothing happened for weeks. Then they sent a message saying a payment was coming at the end of the month. An hour later came another email saying our account was under investigation, we lost access to the platform, and no money would be released while the review was ongoing. We'd been partners for several years and had received payouts before, but once we scaled back our promotion efforts they blocked our earnings. It's clear they struggle financially if they're willing to hold money from established partners. We're done with them. Their commission rates are already lower than most competitors for identical offers anyway, and frankly they're just a middleman for another network. Skip FlexOffers entirely and go elsewhere, they'll waste your time and keep what you've earned.
FlexOffers Has Always Come Through. I've had a really positive experience with FlexOffers over time. They've been in business for years, consistently pay out for my commissions, nothing major to complain about, and whenever I need help their support team responds quickly. Really appreciate what they do!
Great Choice for Any Publisher. Whether you're just starting out or running a big operation, there's honestly no better option than FO anywhere. I've tried basically every affiliate network out there and can confirm these guys deliver. Payments hit on time every single time, plus their staff genuinely acts like your own team members working behind the scenes to connect you with amazing brands. The opportunities I've gotten to partner with companies I never thought possible have been incredible.
Awful Response Times from Support. Created a publisher account with my work email some time back but didn't meet their requirements so wasn't accepted. Now I'm trying to sign up again using a different email, but I keep getting told that domain is already registered in their system. I've reached out around 10 times and haven't heard back even once. Their support team is basically nonexistent.
