Just visited the Jack & Jones location in Bristol and had an amazing time! From the moment I stepped through the door, I was met with genuine warmth and a friendly attitude. One of the staff members was incredibly attentive and gave me some really solid styling tips to help me pick out clothes that actually fit me well. He never came across as pushy or overbearing, which I really appreciated. Shopping usually stresses me out, but this guy totally turned that around and made the whole thing feel easy and enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. I'm definitely going back, and I hope I get to work with him again. He's clearly a valuable part of the team.
