The checkout process on the website was straightforward and smooth. I got notified as soon as my stuff shipped but couldn't look up the tracking info through the site itself. The customer service folks were super friendly, patient and really went out of their way to help. I got the Frannie high thigh boots for my girlfriend's birthday. These are the same style that Taylor Swift wears. She's absolutely thrilled with them. The boots aren't inexpensive but she's worn them several times now and absolutely loves the craftsmanship. They're comfortable enough that she can wear them all day when we go out together.

Such an amazing experience overall. I actually visited the store in Hong Kong first to check out the shoes before ordering online. Even though they didn't have what I wanted in stock, the team there was incredibly professional, courteous and made me feel welcome. The whole vibe was great. Since I'm a big fan of Anson Lo from Hong Kong, I'm really looking forward to getting the capsule collection when it drops in March and I'd definitely recommend Giuseppe Zanotti to everyone I know.
