The downside is that the gift card I had couldn't be used on their site, and getting it refunded took forever. Another thing that bothered me was receiving a sweater that smelled super strongly like someone else's perfume. Would've been better if they'd washed items after trying them on. That's not the kind of experience you want from a store.
Awful Product Quality for the Price So disappointed with this purchase. Paid 400 for a top that honestly feels like it's worth about 10 pounds. Pretty insulting for a supposed premium brand.
Terrible Quality Products and Useless Support Team Pickup a bag at a Zadig & Voltaire store overseas recently for around 500 euros. For that kind of money, you'd think the quality would be solid. Instead, the leather started flaking after barely using it (my partner takes great care of her things and doesn't use any bag constantly). It's clear this was a manufacturing problem from day one. When we contacted their support team about it, their response was insulting. They basically said we were using it wrong and refused to admit the product was faulty. For a brand selling premium goods, it's inexcusable to release something that falls apart in under two months and then refuse to stand behind it. Skip this brand entirely. The whole experience has been incredibly disappointing.
Fraudulent Company!!! Wasn't able to return items that didn't fit for an entire week! Eventually had to drive the package to the carrier myself. I have documentation showing they received the return, but they keep claiming they never got it. This is ridiculous and I'm considering legal action.
Fantastic Service at the London Location The crew at the Westbourne terrace location in London absolutely knocked it out of the park. I called looking for something that was out of stock, and the store manager Enzo went above and beyond to track down what I needed. Got my item and couldn't be happier with how things turned out. This is the kind of customer care you actually want to see.
Black Friday Order Never Arrived and They Closed My Case Ordered a blazer during the black friday sale from the Zadig-et-Voltaire US site and it never showed up. Reached out to their team and they said they'd look into it. I also contacted the shipping company myself and eventually found out the delivery truck had mechanical issues that day and nobody in my building got their packages. The carrier told me Zadig needed to file a claim on their end. I sent all this info to Zadig and they just shut down my case without actually dealing with it. They sent back some nonsense message saying they were sorry for the frustration and then just copied my tracking info, even though the carrier admitted the delivery status showing delivered was wrong. Zadig never actually did their job investigating. They basically dismissed a paying customer without any real help. This company needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau and consumer protection agencies because this is unacceptable behavior.
Waiting Seven Weeks for My Refund It's been almost two months and my refund still hasn't shown up. The customer service on this site is absolutely terrible. You'd be better off shopping elsewhere.
Don't Order From Their Website Like plenty of other people have reported, I've been trying to get a return label for stuff I bought online from the US site. Reached out multiple times via email and tried their chat feature (which honestly doesn't seem to work), and I still haven't heard back after more than a week.
