The products I got have several differences from authentic ones and definitely aren't what was advertised. Really disappointing! Still haven't heard anything back from the company. Calls just go straight to voicemail.
My shipment arrived in really bad shape. The box was completely beat up with no packing slip and tape covering every side. Probably the shipper's responsibility, but when I tried reaching out to customer service through the website, nobody answered the phone and no one returned my message. My emails went unanswered too. That's a hundred fifty bucks just gone.
Visited the salon location in Wentzville, Missouri for a deluxe pedicure appointment. Bree is seriously talented. I've got these super difficult toenails on both my big toes that are basically impossible to trim and stick out like little horns. She not only made them look normal, but she also buffed away all the calluses on my heels! I'm absolutely stunned at how nice my feet look now and I'm actually comfortable wearing sandals again!
I'd rate this zero if I could. Been a regular customer here without issues until their semi-annual sale. Placed an order online and got a cancellation notice. When I contacted support, they claimed it was fraud prevention and told me to use a different payment method. So I tried again with another card and got cancelled again! I'm pretty sure these items are just out of stock and they're not keeping their inventory updated on the site. Total waste of time on my end.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Honestly, zero stars if possible. I've made two purchases through their subsidiaries: once for pants and once for a body shaper. Both times the sizing was completely off from what I expected. When I returned them, no refund showed up and I couldn't get anyone to respond about where my money went. It's like you're screaming into the void. Good luck getting your money back from any of these companies. You'll never hear back from them. The only thing on their website is a live chat that goes nowhere and some useless spin-to-win game.
Terrible customer service experience! Called their phone line for three days straight and couldn't get through or get a callback. They won't let you stay on hold for an agent and insist you leave your info for someone to return your call. I did that three separate times and never heard back. To make things worse, my shipment came incomplete and I was still charged for an item I never received.

This company makes me angry just thinking about it. Yet another dishonest business doing whatever they want whenever they want.

They said I'd have to come into the store in person to get it. I asked if they could just credit it back to my original payment method and they said no. When I asked to speak with a manager, the one who picked up was incredibly rude and dismissive, saying I shouldn't worry over such a small amount. I lost my temper because she kept talking over me. I called corporate and I'm waiting on their response. That location won't see me as a customer ever again. How you treat people is how you deserve to be treated.

But honestly, I can't remember the last time I had an actual issue. I wait for their big sales and load up on items, which are way cheaper than what Ulta charges during their events! The hair product sales especially get me every time. Shopping during promotions is fantastic here. Typical delivery takes about a week, which isn't bad at all. My boxes always arrive packed with stuff, especially since I shop for my daughter and granddaughter too. These prices are honestly hard to beat anywhere else. The email coupons they send me make it super tough not to place orders! They're a great company now, honestly. Years back I might've said different things, but they've really improved. One thing I do miss though is the free sample packets they used to throw in. Those samples helped me discover new products I never would've tried. But overall, I'm still totally loyal to this place!

I couldn't reach the original company to complain. Fortunately, someone from Beauty Brands got back to me quickly and seemed to actually try reaching out to the other company on my behalf. I'm grateful for the effort, but it makes me nervous that they took over from another business that wasn't very ethical.
