Got a broken product that I couldn't use. They said I could take 15% off and fix it myself, but that doesn't work when you can't bend metal. Their other solution was to return it, which is just more aggravation and wasted time.

The bride suddenly needed 12 extra place settings right before the event. I called to check if my items could arrive in time before I reordered and the team got back to me super fast and was really helpful. They promised on-time delivery and totally came through. Worst experience ever. I paid over $200 and they said delivery was set for a certain date. I ordered matching charger plates based on that timeline and then suddenly there's a delay announced after I completed my purchase. Now they want to send only half my order. This is for a wedding! I asked for a full refund and they're making it harder suggesting I return everything myself. Why send incomplete orders? That's not acceptable. Don't trust this place. They advertise items as in stock but they're not.

Horrible experience from start to finish. I'm in Northern California but needed items shipped to my sister in LA for my wedding there. I put her address as shipping and mine for billing. After waiting over a week, they canceled saying the addresses didn't match. This policy isn't clearly posted anywhere. To make it worse, I had to reorder and pay over $100 extra for rush shipping just to get it in time. They said using my same card was fine to confirm my identity. The second order got canceled too. This whole situation is unacceptable. If you absolutely must order from them, do it months ahead so you have time to deal with their issues.
