Sorted by: Most recentI've been buying from The Spa Depot for years, but I'm done now. Their Insparation hot tub fragrances cost way too much. I do enjoy the Heavenly Honeysuckle and Eucalyptus scents, but at these prices I can't justify it anymore. Plus, most of the other Insparation products I've tried over time barely put out any smell when you add them to the water. On top of that, shipping fees are really high, though I will say packages arrive pretty quickly. The biggest issue was my interactions with someone claiming to be the owner. When I asked about a senior discount, his response was dismissive and honestly kind of insulting. He gave excuses that made no sense, saying only huge corporations do discounts like that. His tone throughout our email conversations was rude and unprofessional, almost like talking to a middle schooler. That's when I decided I wasn't shopping there anymore. I went to cancel my account and delete my payment info from their system, but they won't let me. I can't even remove my credit card details, which is really frustrating and sketchy.
