Nothing but run-around from start to finish. Two weeks ago they said the item was out of stock but would be available in a week and they'd contact me. I called back and suddenly it's been in stock the whole time and would ship immediately with arrival by a certain date. It didn't actually ship until two days before that deadline and now I'm looking at middle of next week for delivery. The service has been terrible and they won't do anything to make it right. I asked for a 20% discount on the order and got zero response.

Great experience with this company. I got a quality brand hedge trimmer at an excellent price and ordered it before the same day shipping cutoff.
