Great company, product and service. I spent days doing thorough online research about water filters because this is something you use daily and ingest, so it's a really critical choice to get right. I had it down to two options and went with Cloud. Before ordering, I reached out to Customer Service with some important questions. Not only did I hear back quickly, but the response came from one of the company's co-owners. She was incredibly helpful, provided thorough answers, and was genuinely friendly. When I had a follow-up question, she got back to me right away again. That sealed it for me that this was a trustworthy company with real care about making good products. After I purchased their Cloud filter and got it installed, the setup was super simple. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I'd owned a different water filter before and had to pay someone to install that one. The water quality is noticeably fresher and tastes way better than what I had previously. I'm really happy with how it turned out.
