The charging port won't close properly and it failed on day 2. I tried calling and emailing about warranty options, and they asked me to send pictures multiple times. The whole experience felt really unprofessional, and when it came to honoring any warranty they just seem to ignore you. They wear you down until you give up. I'm switching back to Otter Box because this experience was awful and they clearly don't stand behind their products.

Skip the CASE-MATE Protection Pack entirely. I've owned mine for under a month and it provides basically zero protection. The box claims 12 foot drop protection but that's misleading because it only covers the case and screen protector itself, not your actual phone. I bought it from a retailer who won't take returns.
