What Shoppers Say About MyPatriotSupply
MyPatriotSupply has a polarized customer base. Long-term customers praise the company for consistent quality, reliable and fast delivery (sometimes within 27 hours), solid packaging, and products that taste good. These repeat buyers cite a decade or more of trouble-free purchases. However, newer or one-time customers report significant issues: damaged items arriving with unhelpful return policies that have strict 30-day windows, unexplained unauthorized orders placed on accounts, pricing that shoppers say is substantially higher than competitors for the same survival food kits, and ingredient concerns regarding bioengineered items not clearly disclosed upfront.
The core complaint pattern suggests problems with order management, account security, customer service responsiveness, and value proposition. Return policies appear inflexible even for legitimate damage claims. While packaging and delivery speed are consistently praised, these strengths are undermined by concerns about pricing transparency, ingredient labeling, and the company's willingness to help when problems occur. Shoppers report difficulty reaching customer support despite advertised 24/7 availability.

Sorted by: Most recentMy order showed up damaged. I didn't check it right when it came in, and by the time I noticed the damage, I was past the 30 day window they give for returns. I asked them for help anyway but they said there was nothing they could do.
I've been ordering from this company so many times over the years that I've lost count. We're talking about a decade or more of purchases. Never once had an issue with an order and the food products actually taste good most of the time. Delivery shows up quick, packaging is always solid, and I've never had a single complaint. I even tried signing up as an affiliate at one point but never really sold anything.
This is something I keep having to complain about with this outfit. Today I got an email saying I'd placed an order that I never made. I won't spend another dime on this incompetent business. They have zero integrity and that's pretty bad for a survival company where you'd think that matters. Guess it doesn't to them. The advertised 24/7 phone line is a joke - they only pick up during regular hours. Real integrity, right? Weekend problems? Forget calling them unless you want to give a credit card number over the phone. That's the only way they'll deal with anything. This worthless outfit just cares about themselves and puts out terrible service that's nowhere near acceptable.
You can find most of these items way cheaper elsewhere. Back in 2019 I bought their 30 day package with 2 buckets for $117, and now that same thing is marked down to $197. Even at $117 it wasn't great - honestly worth maybe $50 at best. It's loaded with cheap bulk rice, pasta, and other inexpensive stuff. Plus some of the packaging inside was already damaged, so forget about that 25 year shelf life promise. My advice is just buy this food separately and store it yourself in some airtight containers. When I called them about the crazy price jump they gave me the same excuse about material costs going up. Most companies these days are just trying to squeeze every penny out of customers like the rest of them.
Was pretty disappointed when I read the product labels. Most of the food items list bioengineered ingredients, which I wasn't thrilled to discover after buying.
I placed an order expecting it would take a bit to arrive, but it showed up at my door in about 27 hours. And this is to a rural area which makes it even more impressive. The quality looks solid too.
Don't bother ordering from here. I placed an order and two days later they said it shipped, but when I looked it up, nothing had actually gone out. When I called customer service, the rep said they were swamped with orders. I asked why they would mark something as shipped when it wasn't, and he had no real answer. He told me they'd get to it once they weren't so backed up. I asked for a refund and he refused because apparently there was already a shipping label created. Find a different company. This doesn't seem like a real American business to me.
Ordered some frozen fruit and a couple pounds of chicken back in early May. I called in late May and they told me nothing could ship because of the holiday weekend. In the second week of June I finally got a shipping notification. It took 5 days through FedEx to get here. When the box arrived, it smelled awful before I even opened it. The packages inside were blown up from rot. I tried emailing right away but got no response, and my phone calls went straight to voicemail. It took 2 weeks and filing a dispute with my credit card company before I even got a credit back. Shipping frozen food across the country to Florida in June over 5 days seems like a bad business decision to me. I had 23 pounds of rotting food sitting around until trash day. This company is a real problem.
Great company here. They have a nice selection of items and everything I've gotten is really good quality. I've bought 3 different things from them - an air purifier, some accessories, and emergency food - and every single item has been excellent.
First time ordering, I got a bundle that included 12 MREs and some water. It arrived quickly and in good shape, but then I noticed the expiration date was only 2 years out when their website claims up to 3 years. I called them about it and the rep said they don't make this stuff themselves, they just sell it, so they can't control the age. I asked for a return and a shipping label, which he gave me, but then told me I'd have to pay for return shipping which would come out of my refund. That's their policy apparently. If I'd changed my mind I'd get that, but when they send you old food, that should be on them to fix. So "up to 3 year shelf life" doesn't mean 3 years from when you buy it - it's from manufacturing, and it looks like their stock sits around for a while before going out to customers. Not great for their reputation if you ask me.
