Got my wedding ring in the mail but it ran too big. Sent an email to the company and they got back to me right away, then shipped out their ring sizer so I could get the right size. After I sent that back with my measurements, they made me a brand new engraved ring at no cost and sent it out. Who even does that anymore? The ring looks great and the quality is really solid. Their customer service and the way they communicate is outstanding. Definitely worth checking out.

What an incredible ring and amazing customer service experience. My partner surprised me with the Tide ring for the holidays and we couldn't wait for it to arrive. Unfortunately we didn't read the sizing chart carefully enough and the ring that came was too snug. I tried to make it work but when my hands got warm or slightly puffy, it became really uncomfortable. So we contacted their customer service team and they immediately offered to send out a bigger size for free. It came in today and fits perfectly. They even kept the same engraving from the original, which was so thoughtful. It's a stunning piece of jewelry that's clearly well crafted and high quality. We purchased what they said was a meteorite ring and they're insisting it's authentic even though we know it's not. It doesn't have any magnetic properties and the surface scratches way too easily. A real meteorite ring would be magnetic. They won't give us our money back.
