Recently I bought bubble bath that went on sale the next day. When I called asking for a price adjustment, the representative claimed she had no idea about the sale. Then when I asked to cancel that order, they said it already shipped, but there was zero evidence of that happening. Service is really disappointing. Some of the actual products are okay though.
Placed an order on August 21st for three hundred sixty dollars. Still hasn't shipped as of September 9th. Customer service isn't responding to my emails.
I'm never buying from them again. I was a regular customer who'd spent well over two hundred dollars with them. On my last order, something was out of stock and they completely refused to do anything about it. Their customer service wouldn't budge at all and offered zero solutions. They won't waive shipping on a replacement or adjust the price even though the issue was on their end. They also won't cancel the order, so they only reach out once cancellation is supposedly no longer an option. I'm really upset with how I was treated and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
WATCH OUT! I've been trying to get this subscription cancelled since December with no luck. Margot Elena's customer service refused to process my request. They actually admitted they got my email in December and ignored it, then shipped the March box anyway. They won't even let me return the unopened items even though I offered to pay the shipping costs. The service is absolutely unacceptable. Also, the products contain ingredients that disrupt hormones and reek of strong fragrance straight through the packaging. I'd skip this and go with actual natural and clean product brands that actually stand behind what they sell.
Honestly, shipping from overseas probably would've been faster. When I placed my order, there was zero communication about it and no status updates when checking my account. I sent two emails asking for help with no replies. When I finally got through by phone, the rep was nice enough but started reading off excuses like they were memorized: holiday delays, weekends off, half days, FedEx issues, more holidays. I compared it to ordering hair products from another company the same week as New Year's and getting it four days later. That's how online shopping is supposed to work. Two weeks with radio silence is not normal. No apology, no tracking number, nothing. The rep basically told me to call back if it didn't arrive and they'd look into it. I'll be calling for my money back instead. Definitely not coming back after this first purchase.

Their bubble bath products are amazing, and I'm obsessed with the Tokyo Milk and Tokyo Dark fragrances, plus the lip gloss and hand cream are fantastic! The customer service team is responsive and helpful, plus orders ship out really quickly. Very happy with everything!
I had been a loyal seasonal box subscriber for over three years, and when I relocated, I updated my address through their website a few months in advance.
