I order from Rubios via DoorDash pretty regularly, usually getting shrimp or fish tacos though sometimes we grab bowls instead. The quality is consistently excellent and always cooked to perfection. One thing I really appreciate is the quality of the ice in their drinks, it's noticeably clear and fresh. Their commitment to sustainability shows too with all paper packaging except for the plastic straws. That cardboard clamshell container is such a nice touch compared to plastic or styrofoam. I'm honestly a huge fan of Rubios!

Really impressed with this place. The inside design feels nice and spacious, plus there's tons of parking in the plaza which is super convenient. The food tastes great and has serious flavor in every bite. The unlimited salsa bar is awesome. What really stood out was the staff, they were friendly, attentive, and super quick even when they were slammed during lunch. Our food came out way faster than expected given how busy they were.

The tacos here are absolutely fantastic! The corn tortillas could have used a bit more cooking time, but honestly it didn't stop us from loving every bite. Their shrimp, fish, and steak are packed with amazing flavor and really well seasoned. The staff treated us great and the spot they're located in is perfect.
