I had to sit through the whole lesson again and retake it, which I failed a second time. After that came hours of back and forth with their support team through chat, calls, and messages just to figure out cancellation. I was planning to give it one more shot before cancelling, but they already took care of that without asking. Now I get to spend even more time trying to get my money back.
Stay away from this outfit. Their customer service is absolutely dreadful. I spent nearly half an hour sitting on hold, and when someone finally picked up, she retrieved my account and immediately put me back on hold. While I was waiting, she sent me an email without letting me know or getting back on the phone for several more minutes. When she returned, she mentioned the email like I hadn't been waiting the whole time. She couldn't resolve my issue and transferred me to a manager who was dismissive and unhelpful. The whole team lacks professionalism and won't honor what's advertised on their website. My problem was over a promotional discount worth five bucks that they're refusing to apply. Smells like a scam to me. During my daughter's test, she got a verification question about ten questions in. It asked about her favorite color and she got it right, but the system said she was wrong and automatically flunked her for not passing verification. After failing, I had to pay another thirty dollars to retake it. This cost me thirty bucks and five and a half hours for nothing. I finished the program to clear points off my license and paid my traffic ticket. Then I got paperwork showing the points were still there. When I called the DMV, they explained that you're supposed to pay your ticket first or the points won't come off. They suggested calling the school to see if they'd backdate my completion to after I paid, mentioning some schools will do it. I asked and the representative refused. She said she'd look into something, got my name, left me hanging for a couple seconds, and disconnected. The website doesn't mention anywhere that you need to clear your ticket before taking the course. There's no legitimate reason they wouldn't adjust the date like other schools do, except to squeeze you for more cash. I wasted all those hours listening to a tedious instructor with nothing to show for it.
