When I reached out to their customer service team, they claimed it was delivered. That was the end of it for them. They didn't care that I paid and the stuff never arrived.
There's no way to delete your payment info from this site and no way to turn off subscriptions. Whenever I ask for support, they just point me back to my account settings with no actual cancel button or link.
Skip this company entirely. Both their items and service stink. I put in a big order and they promised it would get here in 5 to 7 business days. This was supposed to be a present. After a week went by with no information, I sent an email but didn't get a reply for five days, even though they claim to respond in 1 to 3 days. When they finally answered, they just said it would arrive with no actual details. I requested to cancel but they never acknowledged it. Three weeks passed before the order came, and half of it had been removed because those items were out of stock. That's completely unacceptable. To top it off, several items had problems. I emailed many times but nobody actually helped.
Thanks so much to Honest The Label. I've been shopping with them for two years now because of their excellent yarn quality, fabric feel, and how accurately products match the pictures. On top of that, their customer service is understanding and responsive, with great attention to follow-up. Really appreciate it.
This feels like a data harvesting operation that scammed me. I saw an ad for sandals and bought them, but somehow a subscription got charged to my account without permission. When I contacted support through their chat and email, they just insisted I ordered it. I couldn't cancel or get my money back. After complaining, they sent another charge for renewal. When I asked them to cancel again, they wanted me to pay a cancellation fee. It's crazy that they took my money and now want to charge me just to stop getting charged. I never purchased anything from them directly. They grabbed my info through another offer and used it fraudulently.
They don't deserve even one star and honestly the authorities should look into them. I made two separate purchases but never received either one. I feel like my money just vanished with zero help from them.
More like the Dishonest Company. Someone gave us several months of their diaper and wipes subscription as a gift. The diapers were pretty disappointing. They reeked of chemicals consistently, regardless of the style. Our baby would leak through more than one diaper every single day. They felt cheap and weren't comfortable. Plus they caused a rash, so we stopped using them, but we still had about 9 months left on the subscription. When I asked their support team for suggestions on how to use the remaining months, they said there was nothing they could do. The gift cards wouldn't work on their clothing section, and the main site didn't carry other baby items. Nothing else interested us. They said if the person who sent the gift contacted them, they might refund one month. Support kept pushing me to come up with a solution myself when I thought that should've been their job. I even escalated to management. At least the remaining stock will go to charity. But it hurts to lose hundreds of dollars that we needed for our new baby.
Never got my products. I ordered on April 10th and the items never arrived. I've been back and forth with emails getting reassured multiple times that shipment is coming, but we're now in July with nothing.
This company is anything but honest. I paid for footwear back in April and never heard anything from them. My order never showed up.
