Was looking for some simple puzzles to give as a gift. The picture looked like it had good piece variation but it turned out to be mostly the same shapes repeated. My husband spent two whole days just trying to connect the border pieces because there wasn't enough shape difference. Not satisfied and won't order from them again. Sticking with traditional puzzles from now on for gifts.

This company cancelled my order without good reason. When I asked why, they just said it wasn't available for this year. That's it. If you're ordering something special and personalized for a loved one, stay away. Their customer service staff were impolite and acted annoyed. First call nobody would help me and the second call they were rude. I'm going elsewhere from now on.
