Sorted by: Most recentBought their frozen meal line and sampled all four options. Found what appeared to be a wooden piece inside one of them. Getting help from the company proved nearly impossible since there's basically no customer service info anywhere on the packaging. I sent an email to a support address listed on their site and never heard back. Then I tried another email and got an auto-response promising to reach out within one to two business days, but that still hasn't happened. The meals themselves are good, but when there's potentially harmful stuff in your food, you really need to make it easy for customers to report problems right away. That's just basic responsibility.
Used to be a fan of their plant-based content, honestly would've rated them 4 or 5 stars back then. But something's changed and not for the better. They've really leaned into commercialization now. I signed up because they advertised a free guide about mobility, but what I actually got was a ton of daily promotional emails and absolutely no guide. It feels like someone new is in charge trying to squeeze more profit out of everything. Pretty disappointed because this direction is going to tank what made them special in the first place.
