Ordered a car tent in mid-February and still haven't gotten a tracking number as of early March. Reached out through their email, live chat, and even WhatsApp with zero response from anyone on their team. Thankfully I paid with PayPal so I'm filing for a refund since this is ridiculous.

The front camera on my system hasn't functioned properly from day one. I've tried every troubleshooting step the company suggested and I'm still waiting to hear back from them. Everything else works great, but the front camera cuts out and comes back on when I move the cable around, so it seems like there's a connection issue with the shielding. Hoping they'll send me a replacement unit soon.
