Placed an order back in November, paid for it, and nothing has shipped yet. I reached out to customer support and got told they're working on it around a month back. Just tried messaging them again and now I can't even send messages. This is unacceptable. I've ordered from them before which makes this even worse. Filing a complaint with the BBB. They claim to be in business but are clearly pocketing money without delivering anything.

This is a total scam operation. My spouse bought a jacket for a hundred bucks over a year ago and we're still waiting for it to show up. We've sent tons of emails back and forth and they keep stringing us along. They even told us at one point this past year that it was packed and ready to go out. Total lies. They took our cash and never had any plan to actually send anything. Once I started talking about leaving a review online and potentially taking legal action, they just stopped responding to emails altogether. Their marketing looks incredible and the products seem amazing, but it's all fake. I'm really frustrated to discover this is just a bogus outfit with zero real commitment to customers.

Really let down here. Ordered something months back and still waiting for it to show up. Every time I've tried to ask about it, they don't respond. No refund either. This is completely unacceptable behavior.
