Then I went ahead and ordered a third dress without realizing I could've used my return credit. When I contacted them about it, their customer service team said they couldn't help since the order was already packed. They didn't offer any kind of discount either. So I had to pay full price for that dress plus $12.95 shipping, which seems crazy nowadays. Won't be shopping there again.
I really wish I'd checked reviews before placing my first order here. Turned out to be a bad experience right from the start. I bought over $520 worth of clothing and had it shipped from the States to Canada since they don't deliver there directly. Before my package even arrived, I found the same items available in Canada for a lot less money. I asked if they'd do a price match and gave them proof of the lower prices, but they refused. Two different reps told me their manager would call back with approval, and neither ever did. Frustrated, I asked for a return label so I could send everything back for a full refund once it got here, since I didn't want to support a business acting this way. They denied sending return labels for some items, claiming those couldn't be returned. That goes against what their 30 day policy says, especially since I hadn't even received the order yet. I absolutely can't recommend shopping here. Their practices are questionable at best.
