Skip this place. Prices are way too high and the service is lacking. Warning: there's no phone number to call. The website design is problematic. When you click the buy button, your order goes through with no confirmation, and even though I canceled right away, they said it was already on its way. Now I'm stuck with an expensive dress I don't want and have to pay for return shipping both ways, which is going to run me at least eighty dollars. The carrier told me there could be customs issues on top of everything else. Update: the carrier emailed saying Maggy London needs to cover customs costs, but the company won't respond. Since they won't approve the return, my package is stuck in limbo. I really wish I had researched this company before ordering.

Still waiting for my refund on a dress I sent back over a month ago. I've emailed them three separate times and haven't received a single response. Really frustrated because I was planning to use that credit toward another dress purchase. They don't list a phone number anywhere, so there's no way to actually talk to someone.
