The shirt itself is really nice, and I like the design quality. But the customer service is basically non-existent. My shirt has a dark smudge on the print from manufacturing, and I've reached out several times. Two weeks later, still nothing. They clearly don't prioritize fixing issues or caring about repeat customers. It's frustrating because I would've gladly bought again. They're happy to charge you and ship your order, but they don't care about making things right when problems come up.

Where do I even begin? I ordered a specific item in black, size 3XL, but received a large instead. That's not a minor slip-up, that's a major failure. What makes it worse is how they handle it. Instead of just sending the correct size, I have to print a label, pack it up, and ship the wrong item back before they'll even consider sending a replacement. And of course they're now out of my size, so I'm forced into a smaller option because of their error. This matters to me in a real way. I'm an amputee and have been using a wheelchair for over 16 years. Processing returns isn't a simple task for me. And on top of all that, I can't get my replacement until they receive the original back, which means I'm waiting even longer for something I already paid for. This was their mistake, not mine, yet I'm the one dealing with all the burden.

The actual clothing is really well made and the prices are fair. My only complaint is the communication could've been better, and they force you to use an app just to see your tracking details. That's pretty annoying.

Heads up: if you purchase through a third-party marketplace, don't expect them to accept returns. The return address they give you goes to the store, but the store refuses to take it. I tried and they basically dismissed me. I've been a loyal customer for years and this really disappointed me. Won't be ordering from them again.
