My advice is use their site to look at what you want then buy directly from the brand instead, since they actually stand behind their products and have way better support.
Bought kids shoes on December 19 and got a FedEx tracking number right away, but the item never actually got shipped. By January 1st nothing had arrived. I've been trying to reach customer service forever to get a refund or at least find out what's going on with my order, but nobody picks up. There's definitely something seriously wrong with how this company operates.
Would give them zero stars if it were possible. Ordered birthday shoes for my son and updated the address to make sure it was correct, but they shipped it to an old address instead. I called 10 minutes later after realizing the mistake and every time I called they said they were busy and would call back. They told me they couldn't change or cancel the order, but then a rep said she got ahold of the New York location and they could cancel it and I'd get my refund. Got a shipping notification saying it was on the way but when I checked with FedEx they said they never received any package. Turns out the shoes got delivered to the wrong address where someone else got them. Will never shop with you guys again.
Total ripoff. I had a size 7 sitting in my cart, went to complete the purchase and it showed out of stock. Had to settle for a 6.5 which doesn't fit right. When I checked back on the site later, suddenly the size 7 was available again but at a higher price now. Honestly the worst shoe retailer I've dealt with.
I'd give them zero stars if I could. Their customer service is awful and the refund process is a nightmare. I ordered kids shoes online and they messed up my shipping address by leaving out a letter. When I asked them to reship it to the correct address they refused, and it's been over 2 weeks with still no refund. Called customer service and they told me to wait another 5 to 7 days and they'd email me about it. Pretty much told me to stop calling. I need my money back. Heads up to everyone, even if the mistake wasn't your fault, they'll still make you deal with it. I'm just going to shop at actual stores from now on.

Asked for a supervisor and got transferred around 5 different times. The fifth person told me they were connecting me to a supervisor then just hung up. That whole call was a waste of 30 minutes. I also tried calling a local store and the employee there said he couldn't help and that he'd check with someone else downstairs.
Worst experience ever with this retailer. I started a return using their prepaid shipping label and it's been about 2 months now with no refund. When I called to check on it, they told me it's not their problem. I honestly don't understand why this company operates the way it does. Just giving everyone a heads up, be really careful when ordering or returning anything.
