They shipped my order through FedEx but it never made it to my house. When I reached out about it, they basically said once it leaves their warehouse, it's not their problem and told me to sort it out with the shipping company. After dealing with FedEx myself, the package finally showed up today, but the driver left it at a neighbor's place instead. I'd suggest looking elsewhere for your purchases because they clearly don't care whether your items actually make it to you.
Ordered a Hansgrohe focus 4-hole Roman tub trim and rough setup for around $1200. When my plumber got near the end of installation, he realized the diverter cartridge was nowhere to be found in the rough box. It was just loose inside instead of being properly packaged like everything else, which made my plumber think it might have been a returned item before. The boxes looked brand new and sealed though. Regardless, I'm out $800 for installation costs. Without that diverter cartridge, the hand shower won't function at all. Customer service did respond but couldn't actually help, just told me to contact the manufacturer. When I did, they refused to honor any warranty since this retailer isn't an authorized Hansgrohe seller. Nothing on their website warns you about this. Now I have to buy the missing part separately for $60, and I need the plumber to come back, which will probably run another $300. It's really frustrating to pay for something a second time that should have been included to begin with!
