Stay away from ordering anything from Jack Mason online. I placed an order for watch bands in mid July and charged my card, but the package never showed up at my international destination. When I tried getting help, Jack Mason just kept saying they were having problems with shipping overseas and kept promising to look into it with the carrier. Their support kept telling me they'd handle it but weeks went by with zero updates. I'm still waiting for my order and haven't gotten my money back either.

Couldn't ask for a smoother experience with this watch. Everything went great from start to finish including how it arrived and how it works. Plus the company was really responsive when I asked about adjusting the price within the first two weeks.

Just got my Overland 3H SS Purple dial Solar watch and I'm absolutely thrilled with it. The shipping was careful and thoughtful, and the packaging shows real commitment to being environmentally friendly. This purple face is seriously impressive with all its intricate details like the wavy patterns, grating, and honeycomb texture that gives it real depth. The numbers stand out nicely and are super easy to see, while the rotating compass bezel on the inside means you'll always know which way you're heading. Made from recycled stainless steel, the case has a really cool textured finish, and that 2h orange crown pops right off and catches your eye. The black and orange velcro band feels great on your wrist, though that little green tab does give off some spooky seasonal vibes. Not that I'm complaining since I'm a huge Halloween fan anyway. Bought a watch back in late November and within a week the price dropped by around one hundred dollars. According to their stated price adjustment policy, they allow adjustments for fourteen days after you buy something if the cost goes down. I sent them an email requesting the adjustment a few days after my purchase, but I never got a reply even after sending multiple follow up messages. I definitely won't be ordering from this company again.
