What Shoppers Say About ABC Stores
ABC Stores is rated 1.0 out of 5 by 4 shoppers, with all reviews expressing significant dissatisfaction. Shoppers consistently report severe customer service failures, including unresponsive email support, unhelpful phone representatives, and inability to reach the company when issues arise. Additional complaints include inaccurate product descriptions (particularly regarding fabric content), unreliable shipping timelines that contradict advertised delivery speeds, and difficulties with order cancellations and refunds.
Shoppers note that while ABC Stores' physical retail locations may offer better service, the online shopping experience falls substantially short. The company's refund policies appear unclear or difficult to navigate, and shoppers report that attempts to resolve problems through official channels go unanswered. The consistently poor ratings reflect frustration with both product accuracy and the complete breakdown in customer support responsiveness.

Sorted by: Most recentI showed up at the store at 8:52 in the evening and they refused to let me in, claiming it was already 9 o'clock. That's absolutely ridiculous and poor customer service on their part.
Don't expect much help from their customer service department. I sent multiple emails that went unanswered, and calling their support line was a waste of time since the reps couldn't actually solve anything. They also completely lied about their shipping. What should've arrived in a couple weeks took way longer. I thought I was getting free expedited shipping on my order over $150, but turns out that still takes three weeks. When I complained to customer service, they just told me that's normal because I didn't technically pay for the shipping myself. Really frustrating experience overall.
Their physical locations are solid, but their online shopping experience is completely different. I placed an order through their website and needed to cancel it, which requires contacting customer service. Called them three separate times with zero answer, and my emails didn't get responses either. According to their rules, you can get a refund as long as the item hasn't shipped yet, so I reached out while my order was still being prepared. Still no reply from them. My package is already in transit now and there's basically no chance I'm getting that refund.
