What Shoppers Say About Miss Me
Miss Me shoppers are divided in their experiences. Those who are satisfied praise the quality and craftsmanship of the jeans, noting that they are stylish with solid build quality. Positive reviewers also highlight responsive customer service, with at least one customer noting the company's willingness to address defects even on previously hemmed items. However, negative reviewers report significant issues including misleading product photos (with one customer receiving a grey item that looked nothing like the advertised silver fringed top), unexpected charges despite promotions, slow order fulfillment and poor communication about shipping, and unsatisfactory resolutions when complaints are made.
A consistent frustration among some shoppers is the cost structure, with one reviewer noting that taxes and extra charges nearly equaled the price of the jeans themselves. Other concerns include order tracking delays, difficulty obtaining shipping information, and what some perceive as inadequate compensation when issues arise. The company's offer of discount codes rather than returns or replacements has left at least one customer dissatisfied.

Sorted by: Most recentGot myself a pair of jeans that are really special. I'm totally happy with them the style is gorgeous and the build quality is solid. My only complaint is the cost is kind of steep especially when you factor in all the taxes and extra charges, which ended up being about half the price of the jeans themselves which seems crazy. That said, shipping was easy to deal with, tracking info was spot on, and the package showed up earlier than expected even though they'd warned about a potential delay. I'd definitely buy from them again.
Impressed by how they run things and their amazing customer care. This is a solid company. I've grabbed several pairs of jeans from them and the craftsmanship is top notch. Not too long ago, I had one pair with a defect. I'd only worn them a couple times, plus they were already hemmed, so I wasn't sure how they'd handle it. They looked at the photos I sent and right away acknowledged it was a manufacturing defect. They gave me the choice of either getting my money back or a replacement, and I went with the replacement since I really loved those jeans. You really don't know if a company is good until something goes wrong, and that's when you see if they actually stand by what they sell. Miss Me definitely does. They've got a customer in me for good, and I'm genuinely grateful for how they handled things when the issue popped up.
What a hassle for nothing but letdown. I ordered on December 4 using an online promotion that was supposed to include a complimentary keychain. During checkout, I got charged for the keychain anyway, so I contacted support and they refunded the $24.99. A week went by without any updates, so I asked for a tracking number and was told it was still being processed. Another 11 days later I checked in again, and they said they'd been swamped from a busy weekend. Eventually I got a shipping notification, but it took several more days before it actually started tracking properly. The package finally arrived on December 23. When I opened it, the keychain wasn't in there. When I reached out about it, they claimed there was a computer glitch and the promotion had actually ended on December 3, before I even placed my order on the 4th. The whole experience felt really sloppy and unprofessional.
Do yourself a favor and skip this place. I ordered what was supposed to be a silver fringed top. What showed up looked like a cheap grey wig, honestly. The photos comparing what I ordered to what I got are absolutely wild. When I complained, customer service basically offered me a discount code for my next order or told me to just keep the thing and get a partial refund. This is a straight up scam operation.
