Sorted by: Most recentGot some pants online and they were the wrong fit. The listing doesn't explain the fabric or if sizing runs differently. I shipped the pants back but had to pay fifteen bucks out of pocket for postage. That's basically half what I paid for them. Won't be buying from here anymore unless they offer free returns.
I'm about 5'8 and 185 pounds and somehow ended up with a 3XL pair of Under Armour thermals. Might have been my slip-up. Obviously I wouldn't have done that on purpose. I emailed support right away asking to cancel before it shipped. Got no response. It showed up the next day and the support team was rude when I reached out. Not recommending this company.
Just got two Patagonia sweaters and the price was half off retail. Everything arrived in great condition and totally brand new. Definitely coming back to shop here again.

This place sells irregular and damaged goods at regular prices. I bought some Calvin Klein boxers labeled Large, but what showed up was actually XXL. These are factory seconds being passed off as new merchandise. To make it worse, they won't let me send them back. Absolutely frustrated with this company.
