Got some pants online and they were the wrong fit. The listing doesn't explain the fabric or if sizing runs differently. I shipped the pants back but had to pay fifteen bucks out of pocket for postage. That's basically half what I paid for them. Won't be buying from here anymore unless they offer free returns.

I'm about 5'8 and 185 pounds and somehow ended up with a 3XL pair of Under Armour thermals. Might have been my slip-up. Obviously I wouldn't have done that on purpose. I emailed support right away asking to cancel before it shipped. Got no response. It showed up the next day and the support team was rude when I reached out. Not recommending this company.

Would give them zero stars if I could. Ordered months ago and have been trying to get a refund or my merchandise ever since. Customer service is useless and won't help. This website took my money and never sent anything. Total scam.

This place sells irregular and damaged goods at regular prices. I bought some Calvin Klein boxers labeled Large, but what showed up was actually XXL. These are factory seconds being passed off as new merchandise. To make it worse, they won't let me send them back. Absolutely frustrated with this company.

Think twice before ordering from Essential Apparel because their return process is a hassle. Most stores these days, including Amazon and similar competitors, give you prepaid shipping labels and hassle-free returns. Not these guys. You're stuck dealing with the post office on your own. I called to ask about this and got zero help. I'm not coming back and I'm telling everyone I know to shop elsewhere.
