I've been shopping here regularly for over thirty-five years across multiple locations in the area. I was looking for assistance from a knowledgeable associate recently to answer some tire questions. While the tire specialist was explaining the differences between models to me, another customer got impatient and interrupted us, trying to get service right away. I politely told them to wait their turn just like I had. The customer got upset and said something rude to me, so I asked them again to wait. After this exchange, the associate refused to help me anymore. I then asked to speak with a team leader to get the support I needed, but the associate just pointed me in a direction instead of actually helping. When I finally spoke with the leader, they just told me to ask the tire person again, even though I'd already explained that person wouldn't assist me further. This situation really disappointed me after so many positive years of shopping there.

Skip the budget options and invest in a name brand product instead. This dual pull trailer dolly at 600 lbs capacity felt cheap and poorly constructed. Quality rating is maybe a 2 out of 10. Pay more, get better.
