Shipping should match the brand's premium status, and this just doesn't cut it. I'm seriously reconsidering the subscription I signed up for and looking at other brands instead. Really frustrated with this whole experience.
Absolutely terrible experience and terrible product. The cleanser triggered breakouts I haven't dealt with since I was younger. Plus they automatically signed me up for a repeat subscription with no clear notice anywhere. This feels like a total scam to me.
They ship fast, which is great, but good luck trying to return anything. I can't recommend ordering directly from them because their returns process is honestly a disaster. Getting customer service is incredibly difficult, and their policy says they'll update you when they get your package back, which clearly doesn't happen. TOTAL SCAM. I never got my package. I showed them video footage from my doorbell camera proving nobody came to deliver it on the day they claimed, and I also showed them that the delivery company fraudulently signed for it using our name without actually leaving it. Allies of Skin still refuses to give me a refund, so I had to go through my credit card company to dispute it. This is absolutely ridiculous.
I bought a product last month and didn't realize I was automatically enrolled in a monthly subscription. There was nothing obvious about this on their site and I never got a confirmation message saying this was happening. This feels sneaky and wrong. I already have a full tube sitting here and don't want another one. I need either a full refund for this surprise order or to get the subscription canceled immediately. This left me really let down and I want to make sure others know to watch out for this tactic.

The products themselves work well and my skin has definitely improved from using them, particularly the niacinamide booster and peptide cream. That said, I have to dock two stars for their pricing structure. With permanent discounts everywhere and constant gift offers, it feels like the regular price is totally fake. The prices seem inflated just to make the discounts look good, and honestly it makes me feel like I'm getting ripped off.
