I've had a terrible experience with this company. They're basically unresponsive when you try to contact them, my orders never arrived, and getting help has been nearly impossible. After constantly pushing them for over a year, they finally agreed to issue a refund back in November, but that money still hasn't shown up in my account. I've sent dozens of emails and talked with multiple customer service reps who kept promising action, but nothing has happened. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.

Don't buy from these guys. When I finally got around to trying the trial sleep gummies I'd picked up, I wasn't impressed with how they tasted and found that you need at least two of them to actually feel any effect. That means you're spending roughly fifty dollars for thirty gummies that'll only last you two weeks. There are better options out there like venacbd that are way more affordable since you only need one gummy. I absolutely cannot suggest The CBDistillery to anyone. I ordered the trial sample on a certain date and got it five days later, but apparently when you order you're automatically signed up for a monthly subscription that ships after two weeks. I called and sent an email on the same day I received it to cancel before the next shipment went out, but they straight up refused to help me or provide a refund even though they could've easily stopped it. Their customer service is terrible and they never bothered to respond to my follow-up message or return my call.

I have to give major props to The CBDistillery for genuinely helping me out! For the last six months, I was dealing with awful insomnia that absolutely tanked my physical health. I could barely make it from my house to the yard and back without being completely wiped out. Nothing else I tried seemed to work. Then I got my Relief Relax CBD oil in the 2500MG strength and used it right before bed. I actually slept through the night and woke up feeling refreshed, which never happens to me. It made me feel so calm and peaceful. This product is exactly what I've been searching for. You can count on me being a loyal customer from here on out!
