Purchased shoes for store pickup but the system never updated properly. I checked the tracking many times and it always said not shipped. Then suddenly I get an email that my return came in, which confused me since I didn't send anything back. Called support who said it shipped but since I didn't grab it they returned it. Problem is I never got a pickup ready notification and the tracking still showed no shipment. They suggested checking spam folder. Checked tracking again still nothing. Called back and was told to use the member website to track it which I'd already done. Next they mentioned the carrier should have sent something which I never saw.
