I'm really disappointed with how this upscale store handles online orders and returns. I bought a formal dress online since I don't live near a store, and they hit me with a $9.95 shipping charge. When the dress didn't fit right, I sent it back only to get slapped with another $9.95 return fee. That's basically $20 extra out of my pocket for what reason exactly? This is terrible and I won't be ordering here anymore. Macy's treats their customers way better.

When I finally got help from a young man, they didn't have the color in stock and nothing else matched. He offered to order it but I need it now, not in two weeks. Amazon can get it to me overnight for free. This store has let me down too many times. I live nearby but I drive out of my way to shop at other locations with better staff. Even the entrance sidewalk is filthy with goose droppings and nobody bothers to clean it. I don't think Dillards will be around much longer if they don't turn things around.
