Skip the cheap tees and tank tops priced at $19.99 - they're garbage. After just one wash they start getting all pilled, and the stitching comes apart super easily. Even sitting in a drawer they get damaged. Total waste of money and I'd avoid them.

The manager at the Dresssmart Christchurch location was incredibly rude. I called about a refund on recent purchases and was told exchanges only. When I came in to exchange items, she said everything was final sale with no refunds or exchanges. Then she suddenly changed her tune but got more hostile, asking me tons of questions. When I asked why she said no before, she wouldn't explain. The whole thing was awful and I left without getting anything resolved. She even yelled at me as I walked out.

The moment we walked in, we felt watched and judged by staff. They followed us around and then accused us of shoplifting when we hadn't done anything wrong. Glassons isn't converting their prices correctly for US shoppers. When you switch to USD, they're keeping the AUD price instead of doing the actual exchange rate. So a $50 AUD item should cost around $33 USD, but they're charging $50 USD instead. They're basically overcharging American customers, and when I contacted their customer service about it, they didn't fix anything.

I bought three corset tops and the white one arrived with a serious defect - the cup lining had some kind of dye issue that turned it brown, which made it completely unwearable. I sent pictures to customer service but they were really dismissive in their reply and clearly had no intention of helping me out. Looking at other reviews, this seems to happen a lot with them. It's disappointing because good customer care goes a long way these days.
