Bought something for my granddaughter that needed to be returned because it didn't work out. She had the receipt and all the tags on it, but because she didn't have the original credit card, they automatically threw a gift card at her instead. I called to explain I wanted the refund back on the credit card and offered to come into a store so they could process it directly. They said no way. This is ridiculous and I won't shop there again or at any of their other stores.

One star is too high. I think this company is running a scam. My credit card wouldn't go through on their site. I looked it up and found warnings that their web address looked suspicious. Called my bank and cancelled the card right away. At that point they'd already collected all my personal information. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them.

Ordered two pairs of the same jeans in size 33x34 but they sent me 34x34 instead. Asked them to either refund me or send the correct size. They refused and said I needed to return them and wait for new ones, but I don't have time for that hassle. It's not on me that they sent the wrong size, so why do I have to spend my time packing them up, printing labels, and dealing with it? Terrible experience and I won't be ordering from them again. Can't recommend to anyone.

Ordered items on 8/10/2025 and got a shipping notification saying FEDEX would deliver in 2 days. Now they're telling me they have no clue where the package is or when it'll actually arrive, and they need 7 more days before they'll even look into it.

Still haven't received a refund over a year after returning my order. Back in April 2024, I bought three pairs of jeans for more than 200 dollars. None fit right, so I sent them all back with tags attached and met all their return requirements. Finally, in May 2025, I got an email saying my refund was processed. Guess what? It wasn't. The email promised the money within 7 business days but nothing ever hit my account. I've contacted their customer service repeatedly and keep getting the same response about them investigating with their team. It's been over 10 days of waiting and excuses. I just want my money back. This is completely unacceptable.

Ordered from their site three times and can't complain about any of it. Shipments have come when they said they would and I've gotten everything I ordered. Quality is solid, fit has been great, and items are super comfy. Haven't had to deal with returns so I can't speak to that side.
