I had a Kohl's card and relocated to a new place. I updated my address on the card and even got email confirmation, then placed a big order for merchandise. Everything went smooth at first, but today I got an email saying everything's going to my old address instead. Called them up and they told me I'd have to wait for packages to come back from wherever they shipped them to. By some miracle I didn't use their card to pay for this order, so I'm disputing the charges with my bank. The customer service rep I spoke to wasn't very nice about it either.

Definitely one of my go-to stores for shopping. The items here are really well-made and I appreciate how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere is. Browsing through the aisles is genuinely enjoyable since they keep rotating in new and interesting products with each season.

I keep coming back here because it's such a pleasant shopping experience. Their products are excellent quality and the store itself is really calm and not hectic. I love that I can take my time looking around without feeling rushed, and honestly there's always interesting new stuff available depending on what season it is.

I've placed two separate orders with Kohl's in the last couple weeks. My orders arrive in pieces with separate tracking numbers and show up on totally different days. Placed an order this morning and it somehow showed both store pickup and shipping options. Then mysteriously part of my order got cancelled by their system for reasons nobody can explain. The customer service folks I speak with are incredibly unhelpful with every response. That's it, I'm finished. They can have their loyalty rewards, their cash program, and run the whole operation straight into bankruptcy.
