Manufacturing defect with my order. Got a pair of pure white Converse and one of the eyelets came silver instead of white. Clearly a factory problem. When I called them about it they said I'd have to ship them back but that'd cost me five and a half dollars out of pocket which is insane. How does a huge brand treat customers like this? This was supposed to be a holiday gift too.

Nightmare company to work with. The site keeps saying there's an issue with your order process. Contact their support though and all they do is say they're looking into it and won't issue refunds on your charges that are stuck.

Terrible experience, really disappointed. My brand new shoes got a hole after just 6 weeks of wear. I contacted customer service with photos and they basically said I just didn't like how they looked. After a lot of back and forth getting them invoices and receipts and more pictures, they finally said they'd give me a voucher. Then out of nowhere they changed their minds and said no, but wished me a nice day anyway. Incredibly rude and unhelpful. Won't recommend.

Never ordering again, quality has really declined. I barely wore my Chuck Taylor platform highs, fewer than a dozen times, and the heel is already totally rubbed away on the inside exposing plastic that tears up my feet. They're past the warranty date of course. Can't wear them at all now and they're getting thrown out. Won't buy another pair. Really poor quality. Absolute waste of money.

Not buying from them again. My Chuck Taylor platform highs have barely been worn, maybe ten times max, and the heel backing is already completely worn through showing the plastic underneath. Now they shred my feet when I put them on. Past the warranty period naturally. These are trash and headed to the garbage. Terrible quality overall. Total waste of money.

Rating this five stars at the moment since I just ordered and waiting for delivery within the next five days. It's unfortunate that loads of customers have had such poor experiences with this company. Got my order and it looked completely different from the photos on their site so I shipped it back right away. Ten days later still no refund. Called them and got different information about when they received the return. No help at all and the reps were pretty rude. Won't be ordering from them again based on this.

Buy from them all the time. Shipments arrive fast every single time and everything is top quality. I see tons of negative reviews out there but honestly my experience has been fantastic. Definitely worth ordering from.

The checkout system is a nightmare. Been stuck trying to place an order for over an hour now. Payment keeps failing. They don't need my money that badly!

Pretty sure this is a scam. I've never gotten anything from Converse and won't ever try again. I sent my item back on one date, and tracking shows they got it in early May. On the eleventh I emailed asking about a return confirmation and got told they need five working days to manually process refunds from their department. By mid May I'd sent another email pointing out I'd been waiting almost three weeks for my refund and they said they'd manually process it which takes five to eight days. We're now at the end of the month and I still haven't seen any money. Now they're blaming my bank. Have I been ripped off? I've reported this to trading standards.

Not clearly advertised that orders ship from outside the country. I'm assuming returns would be pricey then? Since I thought I was ordering from a local company I figured everything would be shipped locally. Not going back because this info should be way more obvious on the site.

Shipping was quick and I'm happy. I'd ordered the same Converse from another retailer twice before and they sent the wrong size both times. This time I went straight to the official site. Ordered Thursday at 4pm and wasn't expecting much. I looked at some reviews and got pretty worried seeing so many negative ones. But then the next day they emailed saying it shipped and I got it by the following Tuesday. Perfect size and great condition. Haven't had any problems so I'd order from them again and tell friends about it. That said, definitely read through other people's experiences too since I might've just gotten lucky.

Great support team. Like many others, I didn't get an order confirmation email. Reached out to Converse and they got back to me the next day with my tracking info included. Everything showed up perfectly.
