I've contacted the payment platform numerous times and they're investigating. Tons of identical complaints have rolled in this year alone, yet somehow they keep operating. Don't spend money there!

DO NOT PURCHASE! This company needs to be shut down immediately. I ordered a pair of size 12 shoes and accidentally also ordered size 5 when I misread an email. Still waiting for either the shoes or my refund, neither seems to be coming. I should have researched them first before wasting time and about 55 dollars. Carter Shoes is an embarrassment.

Do not order from this company for any reason. It's a complete scam. Your money disappears and you get nothing. Can't reach them by phone or email. They're crooks. They even disputed my chargeback with my credit card company.

Shopping here is super convenient. I love that I can order online, pick up in store, or get it delivered to my house. Shipments arrive quickly too. The baby and toddler selection is adorable and always on point!

Ordered shoes 6 weeks ago and their site claimed they were delivered today. They weren't delivered at all, nowhere to be found. They never left a notice either like they should have if they tried leaving them somewhere. Got nothing.

This is a scam operation. Don't fall for their supposed special offers. I got an email claiming my paid-for shoes had been delivered, which is false. I contacted my credit card company to try getting my money back.
