Shopping in the store is honestly overwhelming - everything feels very fast fashion. Plus the artificial smell that hits you when you walk in is kind of off-putting. Just not for me.

I'd recommend checking twice before shopping at the Nyack store on Palisades Center Drive. I found a shirt in-store that was marked down 30% online, but since it was out of stock in my size online, the cashier wouldn't honor that price. The manager Jay wouldn't budge either, saying he could only give the discount if I picked a different size. Customer service said their policy doesn't allow for price matching - which seems unfair since it's literally the same product. The whole situation felt off. Don't think I'll be going back; the hassle just isn't worth it.
