The staff here was very unprofessional and rude. They got snippy with me because I didn't want the champagne they were pushing. I spent almost half an hour in the store and dropped good money, but the attitude I got was awful. Please hire better trained employees.

The location is always well maintained and the team is friendly, but this manager really stands out. Her leadership and dedication to customers is exactly what you want to see. I have high standards and she exceeded every single one.

I bought a keg from your Leesburg location in February for my catering business. The size was wrong so I brought it back an hour later to exchange it. When I checked my receipt the next day, there was no refund issued. I called and was told kegs can't be refunded. When I asked to speak with a manager, she searched but said the return policy for kegs isn't actually documented anywhere in writing. I'm confused about how a policy can be enforced if it's not official or available in writing. She also said it has nothing to do with state law, so I have no way to verify this is even real.
