Been a loyal customer of 32° for quite some time and their shipping has always been reliable until recently. Most orders arrive fast and go straight to my mailbox without issues. Then I placed an order in mid-November and they handed it off to a Canadian carrier. According to them, they attempted delivery on a Sunday, but I was home the entire day and nobody showed up or even knocked. When I reached out to 32°, they basically told me it was my problem to sort out with the shipping company. That's unacceptable. Won't be ordering again and I'm fighting this charge with my card company.

Reading through all the one-star reviews is shocking because I've had the opposite experience. Every single order I've placed came right on time. I picked up some of their nine-dollar casual dress shirts for men and honestly, the quality beats fifty-dollar-plus options from other brands. The pants are decent though I'm not thrilled about paying sixteen bucks to hem seventeen-dollar pants, but once altered they look sharp. Great for travel since they're lightweight and keep my luggage under limits. The undershirts are polyester but still work well for travel. Not sure how durable everything will be long-term, but for the price point I'm satisfied.

Absolutely worst experience with their support team. My package never showed up and when I complained, they basically said too bad because they only use the cheapest, slowest FedEx option. My delivery window was August 15th and it never arrived. Their customer service response was zero help. Really disappointed.

Total rip-off. The pants I got were clearly the wrong size compared to what was ordered. Don't even think about returning them because the site marks everything as final sale. Really happy with this order. I grabbed some undergarments, comfortable loungewear, and a tank dress. All in small and medium sizes. The material feels amazing and soft, and I'm already styling these pieces into my regular rotation. Just missed qualifying for the free tote bag by a little bit.
