This is absolutely unacceptable. Plenty of past customer feedback confirms what I'm about to say, so Hanes clearly already knows about this issue. When quality gets sacrificed to stock shelves at major retailers, this is the outcome you get. I found a hole in the armpit area from seams coming undone after just one washing! By the tenth wash, the neckline started falling apart too. A shirt's comfort means nothing if it's going to fall apart. Every single tee I bought has the same hole in the identical spot, which tells me Hanes understands the defect and simply doesn't care. I'm done buying Hanes products. If they're indifferent about losing my business, I'm equally indifferent about giving it. They raised prices significantly during the pandemic while cutting quality drastically. I guess these make decent dust rags.

What actually went right with this purchase? I got a pair of Hanes hipster underwear and the elastic on one pair frayed badly, creating a matted ball of cotton in the washing machine that ruined other clothing. Even though I kept both the underwear and the original packaging, I couldn't locate my receipt from the store. The customer service representative wouldn't help, claiming policy required a receipt for any credit. They refused to take the item back, wouldn't examine the packaging, and wouldn't look at anything. Their answer was just 'sorry.' After buying their products for two decades, I'm finished. Their stuff is overpriced and they won't stand by anything they sell. Don't make my mistake!

These are the worst socks I've ever purchased! Got some women's no-show ankle socks and they fell apart after just one month. Fresh out of the package and they started developing holes in the heels with completely normal wear. Had no choice but to throw them away. This is exactly why our trash is overflowing.
