Company is located on the west coast and had the audacity to inform me that pants they sell contain a toxic substance that prevents them from shipping to my state. I happen to live in that state. Their warehouse is also in my state. Either this chemical gets added locally and put in the pants, or it comes in the pants from somewhere else, but somehow they can't send them to me anyway. To make matters worse, I've had to reorder jeans multiple times because they fall apart after just a couple months. Not a quality company and their website is hard to navigate.

Shipping took way too long and the item ended up not fitting right. Got it back to them right away and they confirmed they got it. But then they kept saying the refund was coming and kept missing their own dates. Finally had to dispute it with my payment processor which saved me since the company wasn't following through. The agent I spoke with mentioned that multiple customers that same day had the same refund problem. Starting to wonder if they're having money issues. Won't be ordering again. Just a frustrating situation overall.

Wish there was a way to give a negative rating. This has been a complete disaster. Ordered two pairs of pants that showed available and waited over a month for them to ship. When they finally arrived they came in separate packages and one was the wrong item. Contacted their support and got the same generic response telling me to download a label to return it, and once they get it back they'll send the right pants but I'd need to wait another 4 to 5 weeks. That's unacceptable. They should send the correct item immediately and give me the return label after. I've already waited a month and now they want me to wait another month plus to fix their mistake over just two items. Their operation seems completely disorganized with support staff that probably only work short shifts. I'm done with this company both online and in their stores. Good luck to anyone who ends up dealing with them.

Would rate zero if the system allowed it. Ordered work boots for my spouse and sat waiting for two weeks. Decided to use their chat feature and the support person indicated the boots were no longer available. Zero outreach from them before that, no follow up communication of any kind. But checking it out in the store and holding it, I grabbed it immediately. Outstanding craftsmanship, perfect weight and size, incredibly sharp, and the blade shape is exactly what I was after. The carrying system is top notch with tons of retention and six different carry methods depending on your setup. Zero regrets. I've got tons more items on my wishlist. And no, I'm definitely not an employee. Just a gear enthusiast.

This place is awful and mistreats its staff. I experienced bullying and harassment for asking off two times. One was for a family loss and the other because I got a serious leg injury. My final day I was treated so poorly that I couldn't even come back from my lunch break. I called their HR department to file a complaint about the treatment. They told me they'd look into it. That was two weeks ago and they haven't answered my calls or emails. They say they have policies against this kind of behavior but clearly don't enforce them. On top of that my manager forged documents by signing my name without permission. When I asked to see copies they refused to provide them.
