Been a Tier 3 Loyalty Member and Feel Completely Overlooked Year Two in a Row I'm sitting at the highest loyalty level with Hugo Boss and have put thousands toward the brand over time. My birthday didn't get recognized through the loyalty program either of the last two years. I get that a birthday acknowledgment might seem like a little thing, but when a company has a tiered rewards structure, these moments are precisely when they should make loyal customers feel special and valued. What's worse is I reached out through their live chat support to ask about it. The person I spoke with asked me to verify my birthdate, I did, and then they just shut down the chat without saying anything or helping me out. No message after, no explanation whatsoever. It makes you wonder why even have a loyalty tier system if you're not going to keep up with the perks consistently. What's odd is that other high end brands manage to acknowledge important dates just fine. Pretty disappointing that Hugo Boss doesn't seem to have the same attention to detail. Not impressed for a brand that positions itself as premium.

You can order online, try on the clothes, and return them free of charge. Reimbursement is quick as well. I've never experienced any problems with their customer service line from a different country. Staff speak several languages, they're super easy to get ahold of, it costs you nothing, and I've always gotten the help I need. For more than a decade I've been a loyal shopper and have had nothing but positive experiences. They're really the only place I shop now because of how satisfied I am consistently.
