My package went to the wrong house - 5 Sutherland Place instead of 2 Sutherland Place. That's a totally different location. This was clearly a shipping mistake. I had even left specific instructions with the carrier to leave it at my door, but those got ignored and went to another address instead. I actually drove to that address and the person living there said they never got anything. Even with all this evidence showing the right address and my instructions, customer service just kept dismissing what I was saying and marked the case as handled. That wasn't a real delivery, and they absolutely should refund or replace it. The customer service is really bad and there's zero accountability here.

These shoes are terrible. Ordered a 7 and got a shoe labeled as a 7 but it was way bigger, like an 8.5. Sent it back and asked for a 6.5 instead - got one marked 6.5 but it was tiny, like a 4. Are they not paying attention to what they're shipping?

Called to talk to someone and could barely understand them, plus they were sighing while helping me. They told me to buy something and then ask for shipping money back. Their homepage advertises 10% off for new shoppers. But once you actually sign up, the discount doesn't show up. Not cool.

They're super small and you'd probably need to go up to a 9.5 medium. I also grabbed combat boots on sale for about $80 marked as final sale with no returns allowed. These boots are rigid and super painful - my foot won't fit in them at all. The whole thing has been a letdown. The sizing doesn't match the label, and they're uncomfortable. Just know going in that these run small and might not work out for you.
