Got 2 Christmas shirts on Dec 8th but they didn't reach the post office until Dec 17th, so no chance to wear them for the holidays. Called customer service on the 16th asking to cancel but was told they'd already shipped, which wasn't true. A label was made on the 16th but the items were still sitting in their warehouse. Finally arrived late on Dec 23rd, way too late. If I'd known about the delay, I wouldn't have ordered in the first place. They offered me 20% off my next order as compensation, but honestly you can get way more off if you just wait for one of their regular sales.

This company doesn't even deserve one star. They advertised guaranteed Christmas Eve delivery with expedited shipping for the holiday season. I ordered on December 14th but it didn't ship until December 21st using regular shipping instead. It's Christmas Day now and my package never showed up. I called customer support several times and they refused to let me talk to a supervisor, just kept saying one would call me back. After three separate calls with three different promises to have someone call me back, nothing happened. Each agent told me something different. They all swore I'd get my package by Christmas Eve. It never came. I asked why a supervisor wouldn't call and they actually told me to just return it when I get it. Seriously. They don't care at all. The whole company is terrible and I won't shop there again. I'm not letting this go either because this was supposed to be a guaranteed delivery. They made false promises about expedited shipping that clearly never happened. Their customer service reps have no heart. Supervisors who don't call back. Zero respect or communication or actual solutions.

These shirts have gone downhill. They used to be thicker and a bit more roomy, but I just got the women's long sleeve crusher tee in size M and it's way too small. According to their site it should fit a women's size 8-10 but it looks like it would fit a kid instead. The sleeves are super tight and the material feels cheap and thin. Plus they're charging me almost 5 bucks to return it even though their size descriptions were totally off.

Got a medium shirt for 40 bucks and it arrived oversized with terrible quality. Wouldn't suggest it.

These used to be great quality but not anymore. After a few recent purchases and washing, the shirts developed stains and discoloration out of nowhere, and I'm not using any harsh chemicals. Super frustrated. Their support team hasn't been helpful about it either.

My order never arrived. The tracking said it didn't even come close to my region. When I got in touch with customer service they gave me the runaround before finally saying they'd send a replacement. A week later when I asked about the new tracking info, they hadn't even created the order yet. I seriously thought I'd been scammed, but it turned out to be legit company failures. Not doing business with them again.

First order I placed in early April and the tracking number I got never actually worked. After waiting weeks, I contacted their support team but got the same broken tracking info and was told to just wait a bit longer. After going through all that, I never got my original shipment and they said they sent a replacement that supposedly was processed, but then told me I'd only get 70% of my money back. Two months went by and I still haven't received anything.

Really let down by this company. When you're shopping online, trust matters a lot. My order came incomplete and even after sending multiple emails trying to get the rest of my stuff, I finally just gave up. The responses I got from their team were unhelpful and seemed designed to make me stop reaching out. Would advise staying away from them.

Their customer service is awful. The chat feature on their website barely works or the agent just closes the conversation before helping you out. There's this agent that keeps jumping in and closing my chat before I can even get an answer. I'm about ready to just stop shopping there altogether. Oh, and their Crusher-lite shirts fall apart super easily too. Spent 30 bucks on a shirt that got holes in it and can't even get support to help resolve it. Really frustrated with how this company operates now.

The customer service representatives who answer their phone are really hard to understand and seem completely unable to properly handle any kind of issue.
