Don't do it! I thought I was signing up for short-term access only. The annual subscription with recurring charges and early termination fees wasn't made clear at checkout. Customer support responded via email but seemed cold and unhelpful. Even though it's obvious I didn't understand the plan terms and barely touched the service, they refused to waive the cancellation penalty. Terrible customer service overall.

This operation is basically a criminal front in fancy clothes. You sign up thinking it's a one-time purchase and somehow wind up getting billed monthly for nothing you signed up for. They extracted seventeen payments of seven bucks each from my PayPal without my say-so. Two full years went by and I never logged in once. When I questioned what I'd supposedly subscribed to, they blocked my account because I'd stopped those charges after their website became impossible to navigate. Filed a complaint with PayPal and they sided with the company. Asked for cancellation and I'm still waiting. DO NOT GO TO THIS SITE. It's a complete scam.

It's shocking how many complaints exist about this outfit and yet they keep running without regulation. Authorities should protect consumers from dodgy operators like this. I bought a single photo and got charged twenty-two eighty twice. My bank statement caught it, but this isn't new. A couple months back the same thing happened, which makes me think it's their business model. Plus they're claiming I'm on a subscription that I never agreed to. Fed up with these scam tactics.

Their automatic renewal trap will get you. They enroll you by default in a way that's hidden from view. There are no alerts when you're charged or running low on credits. Lost roughly 500 euros to this scheme.

Beware of their auto-renewal system. You're automatically enrolled and the whole thing is designed so you won't notice or find out about it. Zero notifications about payments or credit depletion. I've blown through about 500 euros this way.

Really shady platform. Unused monthly downloads vanish and get replaced with fresh ones. There's no month-to-month flexibility, just year-long commitments with early exit fees of fifty percent of remaining balance. They're pushing tons of mediocre AI content and I'm not seeing quality new assets added. Would cancel immediately but the penalty is huge. Another annoying thing: when someone buys exclusive use to an image, they pull it from my library even though I bought it, so I can't back it up directly without taking up computer space.

Sketchy place to do business. If you don't download your monthly allotment, they just wipe it and move to the next batch. No flexible month-to-month options either, so you're locked in paying fifty percent of leftover credits as a cancellation penalty. The site's flooded with AI garbage nowadays. I rarely touch AI art and most of theirs is poor quality. I'm not seeing good new additions like before. Want to quit but the fee's too high. Also, if anyone else buys exclusive rights to a photo, they remove it from your account so you're forced to store files elsewhere and waste hard drive space. This place sucks.

I misunderstood the pricing as twenty-nine bucks yearly instead of monthly. Canceling cost me a hundred sixty dollars. I only grabbed three images. Total rip-off. This company deliberately misleads people and I'm telling everyone to watch out!!!

Thought the cost was twenty-nine dollars for the whole year but it turned out to be twenty-nine every month! When I tried to exit, the cancellation fee was one sixty. For three pictures. Ridiculously expensive. These people operate with deception and I'm warning everybody to stay clear of their trap!!!

Horrible company. After acquiring PixelSquid, they removed me from my subscription plan without notifying me and massively increased their pricing.

This is the worst. They bought PixelSquid and immediately terminated my plan without warning. On top of that, they raised prices significantly.

Terrible experience. When they acquired PixelSquid, they booted me from my existing plan without any heads up and then jacked up all the rates.

Sketchy operations with confusing exit terms and lousy support. Do not use this company.

I cancelled my account within 30 minutes of joining and they hit me with a $159 cancellation charge. That's crook behavior plain and simple.
